Banking Specialist

The Citibank South Dakota Financial Center is looking for a friendly individual to fill a full-time Banking Specialist 1 position.This individual will be the first point of contact with our customers. They must have the ability to work well within a small work group, perform the many different responsibilities of the position, and do it accurately and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

1-2 Years prior Teller experience

Customer Service experience

Positive attitude

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Access

Experience working on the PC and small office machines

Full-time position (40 hours per week)

Operations Assistant

QUALIFICATIONS

Assist in coordinating daily and monthly workflow.

Perform detail account reconciliations on a daily and monthly basis.

Ensure outstanding items are accurately reported, controlled and resolved.

Interact with owners frequently; responsible for thorough understanding of account purpose and flow. All balances must be analyzed regularly to ensure proper representation on the balance sheet and income statement.

Maintain detailed procedures for area of responsibility.

Completion of various financial transactions.

Ensure processes are in accordance with FDICA, GAAP and Audit/Compliance procedures and guidelines.

ACCOUNTING CLERK

Applicant must have the ability to meet the following criteria:

The ability to process 150 invoices per day, identifying correct accounting codes, verifying the correctness of charges, posting required system notes, with an error rate of less than 2%

Communicate effectively with vendors as required

Maintain a 48 hour turn around time on non-disputed invoices

Resolve and research issues with outside vendors, on invoices that are outside billing criterea

Maintain a 72 hour turn around time on invoices with problems

Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent

Interm Financial Analyst

Responsible for moderately complex tax planning and compliance responsibilities. Activities include preparing tax returns and provisions, responding to audits and inquiries from governmental bodies in a manner that minimizes tax liabilities or researching tax issues and developing effective tax strategies for the company. Responsibilities include supporting the Wealth and Investment Management business unit.

Skills

Minimum 2 or 3 years tax experience,general FAS 109 knowledge, accounting degree, C.P.A is preferred, Excellent computer skills a must, proficiency with Excel, Word, Adobe.
